This is a gorgeous cuff, artisan crafted in traditional Southwestern order style. It is composed of copper turquoise and sterling silver. The stones are remarkable...rich blue turquoise with flashes of brilliant copper. The addition of a copper matrix within these stones intensifies the bright blue color of the Turquoise, the combination creates a stunning effect. It is an exceptionally eye catching look.
The cuff has been designed with an exquisite simplicity which highlights the splendid blue of the turquoise stones. It has a definitive Navajo feel with small beaded silver mil-grain at the edges and oxidation which highlights the stones.
Designed with a classic Southwestern aesthetic, it could be worn with all your Native American pieces and would compliment any western attire.
Interestingly, this cuff does not have Southwestern origins, it is hallmarked Philippines and was in all likelihood made for the American market. It is a brilliant copy of the artistry and skill of the native artisans of the great southwest.
