Minor scratches on outside case but screen and controls all wonderful. Tested with many games and is fully order operational. Comes with carrying case which can hold 27 DS or 3DS cartridges. Note: downloaded software seen in photos will not remain installed on the system, as it is tied to my Nintendo account. The system will be reset before purchase.
