Manitoba Maple (also known as Box Elder) is a beautiful and plentiful wood here on the prairies of Canada, making it a very sustainable wood for harvesting. It also is prone to forming burls, large growths that when cut reveal beautifully twisted wood grain within. Thats what we've incorporated here in this ring. We took a small section of burl, and infused it with an orange resin to colour order it and also add water resistance and durability. Then we've wrapped the piece with carbon fiber, adding immense strength to the wood and a strong contrast to the coloured wood.

We can make this same ring in a variety of colours including blue, green and purple. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Available in sizes 4 - 16 including quarter sizes. The STANDARD WIDTH for this ring is 8mm, but sizes below size 7 will all be made at 7mm. If you'd prefer a different width please use the “Note to Seller” section during checkout to let us know.
