The Royal Quiet De Luxe was built around 1950's and it comes with an original hard case. All the keys are working well, types great. The aesthetic condition is good. There are smudges, scratches, scuffs. The case is solid, not coming apart. The lid is a little lopsided. Aesthetically, the case is pretty rough. It has scuffs, scratches, paint spots and areas were the fabric covering has worn off (see photos). The latch works, but sometimes you have to flip the latch up with your finger for it to pop up. Needs new Ribbon. Buyer may want to do a detailed cleaning.
