Vintage 1980's era Black and Gold Sequined Fringed flapper inspired cocktail dress. This is such a unique dress, Polyester stretch shell with sequins and fringed hem and fringed sleeves. Cute Floral Bow on order lower hip, Peek a boo back, with a sheer mesh type front over the chest. Zipper and button in the back. Padded shoulders that could be removed if you so choose, Made by Why Design Collection New York. Use measurements for best fit. Beautiful vintage condition no issues noted except a small area not noted until taking photos ( see last photo) where the string is rubbed and there could be a loose or missing sequin somewhere I have not seen. Bust - 32" inches up to 36" inches, Waist -26" inches up to 32" inches, Hips - 30" inches up to 36" inches, Aprox length -42" inches shoulder to end of fringes on the hem
