Everyone loves a clown!
This mini clown hat is made with an adorable polka dot satin with pom pom trim and a hot pink handmade pom pom on the top. It stands 8" inches high and slides onto a headband so you can wear it in any position.
The collar is 8" wide and has pom pom details in the back. It ties on with a double sided Swiss satin ribbon in red.
The cuffs are 4 1/2" inches wide and are made with a stretch elastic so you can just pull them right on.

If you have ordered as a rush and give a date that you need it and then contact me after that date- that also negates any returns.
I am not responsible for the USPS or FEDEX for not getting your items to you in time as long as I have held up my end of the deal and gotten them out in time.
