This is a rare lily flower shaped order Pewter ice cream mold, chocolate mold or butter mold. Also known as Madonna Lily.

This mold was manufactured in the 1800's by Eppelsheimer & Company and is numbered 354.
The mold measures approximately 3" wide by 5" long.
This mold is in very good condition, and fits together perfectly with three hinged sections.

This mold came from a large collection from a family estate.
Most ice cream molds, were made of pewter and were two or three part, hinged and heavy, in order to hold the cold temperature longer, but unmold the ice cream easily.
Along with the 20th century came commercialized commemoration of more and more holidays and these decorative molds were made to help people celebrate these events. Now Ice Cream molds have become collectors items and are steadily going up in value.
There were mainly three early 20th century American companies who designed and manufactured ice cream molds. Eppelsheimer & Company, Krauss, and Schall & Co.
