Rare 1914 Antique Made in Japan Toy S. order Ogawa Hand Carved Gymnast Vintage Toy World War 1 Era Collectible Toys Wooden Toy

Very unique hand carved antique toy from Japan. This came out of an estate sale of a collector. It is marked Made in Japan S. Ogawa and also has some sort of stamp that says made in Japan. I do not know how to read the other Japanese characters. :) When you twirl the rod the man will preform tricks and stunts on the bar. Very cute. I used to have something like this when I was a kid but you pushed on the bottom of the toy. Reminds me of my childhood.

Condition:
This is over 100 years old and has held up well. Is has age appropriate wear but over all in great condition and still functions.
