Gold Drip pendant - Brass cast 'dripping' order pendant on clear Quartz crystal point - 24k gold plated

Our inspiration for this desgin? The thick wax droplets and stalactite drips from a melting candle, encrusting a dusty bottle of wine. We were inspired by the material itself - the molten wax - in contrast with a beautiful Quartz crystal point, with its natural straight lines. Thinking of ways to incorporate natural crystal points into our jewellery is always a bit of a challenge, but we think we've found a new favourite and have already been working on more desgins.

This one of a kind crystal pendant was made using hot wax, sculpting drops and creating a "dripping" effect. The crystal cap was then casted and mounted on top of a natural crystal from our accumulated collection.
This cutie reminds us of an acorn - a fantasy acorn - hung on lovely flat curb chain.
