Only comes with the feather print duvet and two ombré standard shams, nothing additional seen in the photo. The shams have a bit of wear, the duvet is in excellent condition! Lots of compliments on this and used in guest room a handful of times. order I do not see stains or holes of any kind. Clean home. Freshly washed and ready to go to it's new home.
