Overall condition is pretty good, there is some fading, a few small spots here and there but nothing major, and some pulled threads. Measurements are approximate. I do have pets and this was bought 2nd hand and I'm not order sure how it was stored in it's old home. I have washed it but recommend the buyer wash to their liking.
