The hat is an extra large Mini Top Hat, at 6” tall. It can also be done in a smaller size. This Circus Mini Top Hat, or Ringmaster/Master of Ceremonies Fascinator, is done in a beautiful red embossed velvet fabric, with the same fabric in white peeking out from the top (including an appliqué of gold on the “Big Top”), and underneath the brim. The Circus Animals of an Elephant and a Lion are the grand centerpiece of this hat. Lots of gold chains and buttons, a red tassel, feathers, red roses, ribbons, Circus posters, & 2 hat pins adorn the hat. You would look great in it at a Halloween party, an Alice In Wonderland or Mad Hatter Tea Party, a birthday party, at the Kentucky Derby, for Cosplay, Comic Con, or even a Steampunk affair. It would also be a wonderful Photography Prop or Tree Topper.

This large mini top hat is 6” tall (from bottom of brim to top of crown), and the brim is approximately 8” x 6” and is wired for a jaunty look.

All of my mini top hats are of high quality, with workmanship details not found in a lot of the hats online. A lot of thought and creativity goes into the making of each hat, so that in the end, it becomes a beautiful work of art that you can enjoy for years to come.

Fitting Your Elastic:
I have 3 colors of elastic to choose from...black, white, and brown. Please choose a color that best matches your order hair. In my opinion, elastic is the best option for keeping the hat on your head, and it is worn around the back of your head (where a low ponytail would be located). Wear the hat a little bit forward on your head to help it stay on, & place it a little to one side to give it that “How does it stay on?” Fascinator, jaunty look. The hat will come with your color choice of elastic already installed. To get your custom fit, you will need to pull the elastic until it is very snug on your head, and yet, still comfortable. Then tie a double knot on that side, exactly like the one I have done on the other side. Please do not cut off the excess elastic until you are sure of the fit. Each hat also has an open hole on the underside of the brim, which also helps it to stay on. These hats are not heavy.

•All packages are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail.
•I try to make sure each item shipped is secure and packaged well. I wire my wreaths to the box to prevent as little shifting as possible.
•I do not gift wrap, but I can enclose a gift note for you.
•Delivered, or not delivered: My shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation within the U.S. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS to investigate the issue. I take the utmost care with packing, but I cannot be held accountable for packages once they have left my hands. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged in transit items due to mishandling by USPS, or by theft.

Cancellations & Returns:
•I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, unless I have already mailed it.
•PHOTOS• are the MAIN DESCRIPTION. Please look carefully before buying. I will photograph and describe any flaws that I know of.
•I don't accept returns or exchanges, BUT, returns are accepted (at my expense) if I miss a large flaw. These are hand made items, and might have small imperfections, as in any other hand made item. This will not affect the overall beauty of your art piece.

Insurance:
•You may opt to have your item insured. Please contact me BEFORE making your payment, and I will add that on. USPS automatically insures (within the United States only) up to $50 at no charge.
•If an item is damaged in mail transit, please immediately contact me. I will help you open a claim with USPS to get your money back, and then possibly re-order from me the item you wanted, although no two items will be exactly alike, due to the availability of inventory used to create my projects.
