This is a new style of fillet knife and it is the order most flexible blade that I sell.

The blade length is 7" and overall is 12.5". The blade is made from 440c Stainless Steel.

A variety of wood handles are available such as Maple, Whiskey Oak, Ironwood, Zebrawood, Bocote, Walnut, Wenge, and various Dymondwood colors. Please inquire for more handle options.
