The Pw, 9,7,6,5,4,3 & 2 are X 12 The 8 iron is a Steelhead X 14 and is approx 1” longer than standard. The Pw, 9,7,6&5 are Regular flex graphite. The 8 iron I believe is Stiff flex steel shaft. The 4 iron is graphite - not sure of flex - and needs a new grip. The 3 and 2 have steel shafts - I believe they are Regular flex. All clubs show varying amounts of wear - please see order pics. Other than the 4 iron - grips are good.
