All my bands are custom made; I will start making it after receiving your payment. Normally, It would take 3-7 days to complete, depending on the quantity of orders, and How difficulty they are. I will try the best of my efforts to complete it as soon as possible. I will send some pictures of finished products right after done to confirm before shipping

6. Handling & Shipping
- We ship by VIETNAM POST or DHL to Worldwide with Tracking number (Depends on the pandemic situation)
- Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment and you should expect to receive it from 10 to 30 days to receive your item with VIETNAM POST and 3 to 10 days with DHL
- In the very unfortunate event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then I'm responsible and will issue either a full refund or order replacement.

7. Warranty & Return
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted where the strap has been worn or has been damaged or marked while fitting
- Return shipping fee will be charged from customers.
