Product code: Antique Rudolstadt Pitcher order
The German Rudolstadt Works (RW) pottery company was founded in Germany in 1869 by Lazarus Straus and Son. In 1874 Nathan Straus (Lazarus' son) got R.H. Macy to agree to sell Rudolstadt pottery here in the States in a special department in each of Macy's stores. This beautiful, slender pitcher was made somewhere between 1900 and 1924 and closer to 1904 according to appraisers. It is 11" tall x 4" wide at the base. It was my mother-in-law's mother's pitcher and she took very good care of it because it's in perfect condition. Whether order or not you are a collector of German pottery/china, this is a lovely piece to have or to give as a gift. FREE SHIPPING!
