Once you "okay" the proof, I fabricate the sign using a precision metal cutter, then hand grinding it and finishing it to the finish you choose.

This listing is for a sign that will have a "dropout" design. This means that your logo design will be what is cut from the metal and the "empty space". Wherever you hang this sign, the logo design will show through (For example: if you hang this sign on a blue wall, the logo will appear blue. If you hang the sign on a brick wall, the logo space will show the brick. It will look awesome! (Just want you to have this in your head so you can plan out where you want to hang the sign)

Please choose between raw steel, rust patina, teal copper patina, or powder coated.

Powder coating is a method of finishing the metal with a durable finish of your color choice that will make the sign rated for interior and exterior use. If you'd like the sign powder coated, please choose this option in the drop box and add the color choice in the "notes to seller" box. (Powder coat options are shown in the 2nd to last picture) RawSteel Clear Coat IS a form of powder coat, if you order want that option please select "powder coated".

The raw steel finish finish varies in appearances guaranteeing that you will have a unique sign. Natural steel has unique blemishes and spots that will differ from sign to sign. It has an industrial and rustic feeling to it. Raw Steel signs are taken off the table after being cut and hand ground to bring out a shine, and it will then be shipped. There is no "finish" on it. Due to the natural course of metal, it may eventually show rust. Some like this natural "patina" as it adds character and a rustic touch. This is also a great option for those who want to paint the sign themselves with their own colors.

The teal copper rust patina is a unique and beautiful rust finish that has hints of blues, greens , teals and copper rusts. It is a natural process and cannot be controlled so every one will look a bit different. An example of this finish can be seen on the last picture showing the teal copper patina compass.

The rust patina, again, cannot be controlled and the rust will take its own course. These are both beautiful and unique options.
