Vintage order white hanging swag lamp

Vintage hanging swag ceiling lamp.
Not to sure if this is considered a Carl Falkenstein as it does not have the pearlescent glass and the heavy brass ends.It does have the clay or sludge like gold leaves and a shiny gold rose on one side of the lamp.
Raised diamond quilt pattern with raised Goldtone leaves and rose.
Detailed metal top and bottom.
Cord has Goldtone chain.Wiring seems fine and the on and off switch is intact and works great.
Lamp has weight to it.
Shows some age and has scratches throughout on the white paint(see photos)
