order A GENUINE 1902 EDITION THAT IS NOW 120 YEARS OLD AND VERY WELL PRESERVED
FAIRY LORE, HANSEL & GRETHEL, THE SNOW QUEEN, FAIRYLAND, HANS ANDERSEN'S TALES, & MUCH MORE
A magical collection of fairy tales from all over the world, including tales from Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, and more. Just for an age reference, this book was printed well over a decade before the first world war of 1914 and beautifully illustrated with stunning works of art in full color. It has been well kept for over a century, including some hard-to-find tales and some well-known works such as Hansel & Grethel. They don't make books like these anymore, and I don't think they ever will. I would snag this one before it's gone.
Thomas Bailey Aldrich (/ˈɔːldrɪtʃ/; November 11, 1836 – March 19, 1907) was an American writer, poet, critic, and editor. He is notable for his long editorship of The Atlantic Monthly, during which he published writers including Charles W. Chesnutt.[1] He was also known for his semi-autobiographical book The Story of a Bad Boy, which established the "bad boy's book" subgenre in nineteenth-century American literature, and for his poetry.
The overall condition of this book, printed and bound at the beginning of the 19th century, is very good, with only minimal signs of wear and reading usage. This is volume number three of a collection originally published in 1901.
