All orders are shipped without a tracking number. For a tracking number on your order, kindly upgrade your shipping option or contact us for help PRIOR to placing the order. Orders over CAD$60 are encouraged to upgrade their shipping to receive a Tracking Number and for their order to become insured. We are NOT responsible for delays in delivery.

Local Pickup is available within the GTA from Mississauga, ON (Heartland area, Mavis and Britannia) for quicker deliveries. Choose the “Local Pickup" Delivery Option at Checkout. You will receive the pickup address and a time slot once your order is ready for pickup. You must schedule a time to pickup your order. Orders must be picked up within 1 week of the order date.
