Those antique magnifying eyeglasses are referred to as a Beebe binocular loupe. They were used by jewelers or watchmakers. They were probably made by American Optical in the US in the 1930's. They are likely steel with nickel plating.
The magnifying glasses are rectangular 1" x 0.90". They extend 3" from the nose bridge. They can be adjusted with a bar under the lenses, and can be brought closer or farther one from another.
The temples are approximately 4.5" and then curve to loop around the ears. The total length of the glasses when opened is approximately 7" and the width 4".
There are 3 small chips on the sides of the lenses, but no scratches on them. There's a small spot with a slight discoloration on both sides of the temples.
A very fun antique pair of magnifying glasses in overall good vintage condition.
