All of our gates are laser-cut from 1/8” thick galvanized steel and are double-layered with a powder coating. They are solid and are protected by this reliable powder coating (with an additional layer of primer beneath it), ensuring that they will stand the test of time. This is currently one of the best available options on the market for protecting metal products from any weather conditions. This price would include the gate itself, coated in a powder coating, welded hinges, and a welded standard bolt lock. On average, each gate weighs between 25kg – 50 kg (55lbs – 120lbs). To calculate the approximate weight of your gate for yourself the formula is as follows: Total Square Footage x 2.476 = Weight in kg. All of our products are proudly made in Canada from scratch, using materials produced in US or Canada.

Our gates come with hinges that are intended to be anchored into posts. If you do not have posts or are unsure of the method of installation please contact a local professional contractor for any inquiries. We can produce gates at any specifications provided to us by a contractor.

Do you do Custom-Sized Orders?
Absolutely! Feel free to send us a message with your measurements, design, color, and ZIP code. We will be able to calculate the total cost of your product and the shipping cost. If you are unsure on how you would install your custom order we heavily recommend you contact a local professional contractor for any installation inquiries.
Do you do Custom Designs?
Absolutely! We have a talented team of designers that work around the clock to bring your ideas to life. We can convert any of our designs found on our website into any product, or work with any reference material you send us for the purpose of your project. Best of all, we would do this free of charge! We do however ask that a customer pays a 50% deposit fee of the manufacturing cost prior to beginning any design work. If you do have a custom design please also include the intended order measurements, color, and ZIP code in your message to us.
Is Shipping Free for Custom Orders?
Unfortunately that is not the case. Custom orders vary greatly in size and weight so we must calculate the shipping cost manually using your ZIP code. We do however price our gates accordingly so that when the cost of shipping is added to the manufacturing cost, the total price is proportionate to our listings.
Do you provide Posts for installation?
No, however can provide you with Wall-Mounted, Grounded, or Welded-Base posts at an additional cost. We do not however provide any advice on installation. Without being on site and properly accessing the requirements of your project we cannot in good faith provide any advice on installation. Additionally, if at all possible we would advise that our customers first look into posts from their local sellers. It often results in being more cost effective and we would hate to overcharge our customers. If you are unsure on how to install these posts please contact a local professional contractor for any inquiries.
How long does an order take to manufacture and arrive at my front door?
Once the details of your custom order have been discussed and the total cost of the custom order is paid, the gates will enter a 3 – 4 weeks manufacturing period and then will be shipped for a 1 week shipping period. If you are purchasing a standard size straight off of the store page then your gate enters the 3 – 4 weeks manufacturing period immediately. You will receive a tracking code by email when your order is dispatched.
Do you provide installation hardware with your gates?
Unfortunately we do not as every single project may require a different hardware. If you are unsure of what kind of installation hardware you need for your project in particular please contact a local professional contractor for any inquiries.
What do you mean by “Opening” as opposed to width?
An opening is the distance between two posts that is intended to have your gate between them. When we receive an order for a specific opening we have our engineers process the width added by the hinges and the bolt lock and adjust the total size of the gate accordingly. As a result, when you receive your gate you will find that it is the perfect size to fit in your designated area.
Are your gates Pet/Child friendly?
When designing our gates we specifically aim to have no opening in the design any larger than 4” wide, preferably smaller, so that we can minimize the risk of a child or pet getting caught or stuck in one of the openings. If this is still a concern feel free to contact us and request that the gate be double-checked if it has any openings of 4” or greater. We also do a quality inspection of all of our gates prior to shipping them out to make sure there are no sharp edges of any kind on which a person could reasonably hurt themselves.
I have additional changes that I need made to the gate, how can you help?
As all of our products are made from scratch, so we are very flexible in this regard. We can also weld lock box for an extra cost. If you need anything please let us know but try and be as clear or concise as possible. If you need the help of sketches or images to convey your ideas and project requirements feel free to do so.
Return Policy and Shipping:
Please report any damage to item(s) shipped within 7 days of receipt.
We provide refunds but ask that the buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery, require that the buyer pays return shipping, and charge a 20% re-stock fee. All items are subject to delays as of right now due to the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID19. We promise to get our products out as quickly as possible.
Sorry, we do not accept returns for custom orders. The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees incurred when items cross the Canada to US border.
