Unique order Tramp Art or Craftsman storage box with great design

Awesome late 19th C. tramp art box, folk art storage box made by a itinerant carver named Gus Eck from Gully MN
with a reputation as a fine craftsman Estate find.

Scandinavian descent, this shows the original hardware & very unique latch. This is made from fir and pine trim from an old home.
Original Spanish brown paint. Great patina.

Storage, tools, secret stash....all kinds of uses. Would be a fabulous gift idea for the Holidays. Suitable for any room.

Measurements are 13" x 13" x 10" High It has characteristic's of a pencil box in construction uniqueness.
