All Joycons will appear the same color on the Nintendo Switch except themed controllers. Themed controllers will match the main primary color of the paint.
All Joycons are fully tested before being shipped out. You can pick between a pair of new-in-box or refurbished Joy-cons. If you have any mechanical issues with the Joy-cons in the first 30 days, send them back to me at my expense and I'll fix them. If you have issues after 30 days, just pay for shipping and I'll fix them. This policy covers pretty much anything other than water damage. If there is water damage, you can trade the pair in for a discounted order new pair.
* Dual Colors = Each Joycon is a different color.
** Custom Buttons = D-pad option, with clear, soft touch, or custom painted buttons.
*** Full Multi-Color = Each Joycon is a different color, and select whatever combination of buttons you life.
