Vintage Ornate order Hand Carved Silver and Brass Tribal Berber Koran Holder Hinged Top Long Attached Chain

A most beautiful hand carved highly decorative Koran book holder case, tribal Berber vintage piece. Originally worn bandolier style perhaps with a leather strap or scarf. Used to protect the book when traveling. Excellent as a decor item to place tabletop or hang on a wall. Also a shoulder bag or mini purse. The order long little no chain was most likely added later. Length of chain is 51” Hinged curved top. Clean Interior.
