Our policy for Damages: Thankfully this is a rare occurrence, but they do happen sometimes. Although we carefully wrap our vintage breakables in sturdy boxes with plenty of padding, sadly damage still sometimes happens.
Please tell us about the damaged goods ASAP. Please reach out to me if there is any issue with your purchase within 3 business days of delivery. 1) Photograph the damages and send photos to us so that we can work it out with the shipping company. 1B.) If the damage is minimal, we can sometimes give a replacement or partial refund/credit. If a full refund is requested or if the item cannot be replaced then see the next step 2) Always retain the damaged item and packaging, 3) When asked take them to the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) to be certified by their staff (they will keep the broken item/packaging typically), 4) send us a PDF or picture of the shipping company's agreement the item was damaged with a representative's signature and date, 5) once these steps are completed, we will issue you a full refund for your costs and finalize the claim ourselves.
