This listing is for the commercial license only. Full kits, mini kits, clip art, and/or papers must be purchased separately. (Digital planners and stickers cannot be licensed.)

The purchase of this commercial use license allows you to use the art in one full kit -or- one minikit -or- one clipart set -or- one paper set to make and sell derivative art products without giving credit to Studio Battleaxe. That's one kit/set only – any additional kits/sets will require the purchase of additional licenses.

You may use the artwork for a maximum of 2 end products.
(Example: 1 sticker set order and 1 shirt design -or- 2 different coffee mug designs.)

Maximum production quantity allowed for this license is 500 items for both end products.
Production quantities exceeding 500 items will require the purchase of an additional license.
(Example: you could sell 300 coffee mugs and 200 shirts with 1 license, but you will need a second license to sell 500 mugs and 250 shirts.)

Licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may not transfer the license to another person or apply the license to another kit.

YOU MAY NOT:

* Claim the artwork as your own.

* Resell or redistribute the artwork in its original “as-is” digital state, or make minor changes to the artwork and claim it as your own for resale as new clipart.

* Give the original artwork away for free or upload it online for others to download.

* Include the original artwork in any curated membership package or gifts for website subscribers.

* Use artwork to create and sell scrapbook kits, clipart sets, or any other product that is in direct competition with Studio Battleaxe.

* Use original artwork to create and sell brushes or comparable editing tools to be used in art/editing programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
