Iconic, handmade glass vase designed by Josef Hospodka. The colouring and the vase having four 'petals' is very unusual. These vases were made in various sizes and this is the tall version.
The item is approximately 24 cm (9.45 inches) high, 15 cm (5.9 inches) wide at rim and 6 cm (3.15 inches) at base. Weight approximately 1.3 kg (2.87 lbs).
The vase is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or bruises. There are a few light surface scratches on the base commensurate with its age.
All items are carefully packed so that they arrive in perfect condition.
Please be aware...
when you are buying vintage glassware, you should expect some age related signs of wear such as very small fine surface scratches/marks. Also many of the items are hand made, they may have small imperfections such as bubbles, inclusions & lumps within order the glass and often tool marks from where they have been shaped and worked in the manufacturing process. These are not usually seen by collectors as faults or damage, but as part of the character of hand made glass and are not usually mentioned in the description.
