This is an Absolutely Gorgeous Vintage Tray,
Traditional Vintage/Shabby Chic décor. Base color is lightly worn black.
Beautiful Floral design including Roses adorn the center in such fantastic detail.
This large tray has a a pretty outline and is perfect for use as a serving tray on side or buffet table or used as a display piece

It is sturdy weighing 2 pounds, 13 ounces.

It is in Good, Vintage condition. It does show wear consistent with age and use. There are surface scratches to both the top and bottom along with areas of light discoloration and one area of rust (see last photo for close-up) - please enlarge photos to get closer look.

While we are by no means experts, and none of the items we have available have been appraised, authenticated or certified, we do research (historical and market) and learn as much as we can about each item before listing them.

We love vintage items and take pride in offering desirable pieces. Often times we give each item a light cleaning. At times, however, we choose to leave items in their found condition and note any appearance issue(s) in our listings.

We are also human and as our businesses grow, we sometimes make mistakes in our written listings, for example our listing information may not match the photos, while this has happened infrequently, it has happened, so please, please, please read each, specific listing carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find such a discrepancy, we're always happy to hear from you so that we can make the correction(s) and we always appreciate the time taken out of your day to make us aware of these listings.

We kindly ask that you confirm and verify that the pictures correspond with the written listing description. We are happy to clarify and/or make corrections to any listing(s) before you purchase.

Please keep in mind we sell Vintage items, often in used condition, likely with minor flaws or wear. For instance, Vintage Glass items will often have air bubbles visible, that occurred during the manufacturing process, this occurs with vintage glass items as order do surface scratches to their bases consistent with age and use.

Buyers should appreciate that Vintage items are, for the most part, used items and will not be in new, pristine condition. If after reviewing the photos and reading the descriptions, you have any concerns, questions or reservation(s) at all please ask before you buy. We are available and respond quickly to all questions.

“We treat you, like you'd treat you”. Because we also buy vintage items for ourselves, we value a seller's honesty. In this spirit we write every description in earnest. If there is any flaw(s) whatsoever, we will not only describe it, you will see it in the photo(s). Full Disclosure is the name of the game. Again, we want the items we sell to meet your expectations and while we cannot alter the quality, we can, and do, describe and photograph it to the best of our abilities. That is why we implore you to not only look at the photos but also to read each listing carefully.

We do not offer Gift Wrapping Services at this time.

We will accept cancellation of orders that occur before Shipping.

Vintage items are sold “As Is”. As such our Policy is to not accept returns after the item(s) has shipped. This Policy is in keeping with Vintage and Antique Shopping markets, both on-line and in Brick-and-Mortar Shops around the Country. This Policy is not unique to our shop.

SHIPPING

We often ship the item(s) the same day. At the most 1-2 days after payment confirmation.

We can also ship via Fedex or UPS if you prefer, please message us and provide your address for shipping quote before you purchase.


It is important that you ensure your address is correct when ordering. We ship to the address provided on the order and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

We take pride in recycling packing materials and reusing boxes, whenever possible.

We do offer combined shipping on multiple purchases, when shipping to the same address and in the same box. Please feel free to contact us, before purchasing, for an estimate of costs. Just identify the items you are interested in and your mailing zip code.

We will always include tracking number(s) with all purchases.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Once we ship your purchase(s) it is, quite literally, out of our hands. As much as we'd like to, we cannot guarantee an item(s) won't be damage during shipping. Some things are just out of our control. That is why we provide USPS and/or 3rd party insurance; because we recognize that accidents happen.

Claims of items damaged in transit must be made immediately and will require the Buyer's full cooperation to file a claim. This will initially include the Buyer providing us with clear photos of the 6 sides of the box, the label, the contents including all packing materials and multiple photos of the damaged item(s). We will begin the claim process.

Please be aware that claims of damage may also require the buyer to bring and present the item to their local Post Office for inspection. For this reason, the item(s) and all packaging must be retained by the buyer, in “as-is”/received condition until the claim is settled. ITs Vintage Sage will keep the Buyer updated on the status of their Claim. NO repairs should be attempted and ITs Vintage Sage retains the right to request the item(s) be returned in the same manner packaged, before any refund is provided. Refunds are provided only after Claims are approved by Insurer.

The failure of a Buyer to cooperate fully with ITs Vintage Sage's requests for information and documentation and through the claim process, will make claim coverage impossible to successfully pursue and in these cases no refund will be provided.

We are proud to report that, to date, we have only had to file 5 claims for damaged items, which represents approximately 1% of our total sales since opening our shop.

We also know that “porch pirates” exists. If any item we ship is stolen after it has been delivered, please be aware that shipping insurance does not cover these occurrences and ITs Vintage Sage will not provide a refund in these instances. These cases represent Property Crime and may be pursued by reporting the theft to your Police Department and may be covered by a Buyer's Property insurer. Please confirm coverage and request information about the claims process with your insurance provider and your local Police Department.
