Set of 16 - 1950s Circus Animals from Ringling order Brothers Barnum And Bailey Circus

These are VERY FRAGILE and collectible pieces of Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Circus history. At certain circus events, the clowns would come out and throw free plastic animals to the kids in attendance. They threw RANDOM animals and they often were broken when kids missed catching the animal or if it fell on the floor, someone stepped on the fragile animal.

The very next year after the year they threw these out, the clowns began handing an animal to each kid in the audience of certain special circus events. The animal handed out was totally random.

You are buying ONE SET OF 16 circus animals. ONE animal of each of the 16 designs. The color you get for each animal is RANDOM. I cannot switch colors on these and cannot fulfill a special request for color. Some designs and some colors are VERY rare to find in standing condition.

These are marked Hong Kong on the body.

These are injected plastic animals with little or no bubbles. Pretty detailed. Injected plastic was very unusual and advanced for the use in these animals in the 1950's. They are relatively strong but over the years of sitting in a warehouse, gross bags sat on top of each other and so some animals were broke. Broken legs, a broken arm or so on. Also there were some that were made deformed in the mold and did not dry or they remained hot and some stuck to other animals. Yours will be awesome and will be able to stand. I will check and double check to be sure!
