These one-of-a-kind earrings feature freeform slices of rare AAA Indonesian blue wood opal (blue petrified wood). These polished slices have black and teal/turquoise-colored patterns and one has a small area of translucence. They are presented on my hand forged "button" sterling silver ear wires, accented with 4mm dots of faceted black spinel. Earrings are 1-1/2-inches long by about 3/4 inch wide.
