Order Spaghetti and Meatballs Plate Fascinator Hat or Desk Decor ~ Made to Order

This is a spaghetti and meatballs plate fascinator hat designed and made by me. It is made of tomato sauce painted and hand twisted cotton coord noodles with plushie brown meatballs. The spaghetti is further embellished with sprinkled felt basil bits and can be made with either a loose noodle hanging off the plate or without! The plate fastens with either two alligator clips sewn to the underside, a black satin ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor! order
