Heavy duty vintage Russwinn door closer. Looks like it has an adjustment knob. One arm measures approximately 12 1/2" long, the other 9 1/2".
Some scuffs and paint splatter, some grime and grease, parts seem to be moving correctly. It's heavy and will surely close your door! Please review all of the photos so you can determine if it will work for you.
Bracket with 4 holes measures approximately 4 1/2" side to side and 2 1/4" top to bottom.
On the top of the bracket there are words engraved into it:
