Eight years ago, my husband and I became guardians of 2 little brothers. I took the pretty things I had in my collections and packed them all away to make boys rooms out of my guest rooms. (We have already raised 4 children, adults now). So, after some serious thought, I have decided that by the time they graduate high school and go off to college, I will be too old to really enjoy my collections. I am therefore listing all of my spare room collectibles. I have some pretty unique things that I am sure someone would like to have. A fantastic Lady order Bug tape measure. It is a great shape and the design is just very neat. It is chalkware and made in Japan in the 40's to 50's. It is 2 3/4" long and 2 1/4" wide. It is 1 1/2" tall. This is a rare find and I wanted to list it, although it has been repaired. I generally don't list anything that has any kind of damage or repair. This piece though, is pretty special. I have never found another like it.
