• 100% woodland jewelry from woods! I have to first find and search for the item in the wild and then burn it out. all to make 1 charm! ***this is a lost wax casting, not mass produced**** This solid copper replica is a cast from a real acorn cap***It is not plated or dipped.

•Lost wax technique is when a mold is made around the acorn , then it is baked in a kiln until the organic matter burns away and disintegrates. Molten copper is poured into the space centrifugally. The Mold gets Destroyed in the process of removing the copper casting. Therefore no two are ever alike!

•The acorn cap is attached to wood, using silversmith techniques.

•It is so light that it doesn't feel like you're wearing it! But high quality strong chain!

•Great for Layering!!
