Make a statement with this dressy velvet and wool fabric medium brim black and burgundy hat. It looks as if it could be worn in the days of Downton Abbey. The top (crown) is made with a lovely cotton velvet with an abstract flag pattern. The droop brim (wider on the sides) is a textured black Italian wool. The underside of the brim is a tone-on-tone burgundy narrowly striped pattern. It is embellished with a narrow black woven band and spray of black velvet calla lilies with sequin centers and black velvet leaves. It's a great example of slow fashion...made to last. This hat has an inner grosgrain headband that helps avoid damage from makeup. Fully lined in soft cotton. Gorgeous in every way!
