I have an absolute passion for paper and recently discovered the joy of printing on vintage sea charts, being hard to come by, somehow makes it more fun!
Here I have placed a gang of my linocut fish on the piece of vintage sea chart over Danish waters, viking waters.
Linocuts are hand printed original print, for each print I have to ink up the fish again, and place them on the map, so I number them as mono prints, seeing that 2 are never the same. This of course means that you receive this very print, it is a one of a kind.
The piece of map measures 70 cm long x 50 cm high (27" x 20" ) .
