* 99% of all the olive wood craft sold in the USA are finished in the country of origin with usually either olive oil or other vegetable oil which ends up getting rancid. OUR PRODUCTS ARE FINISHED IN THE USA, USING A FOOD SAFE ORANGE AND LEMON OIL BASED FINISH MADE HERE IN THE USA, this process includes two steps: oiling and waxing, this insures sealing the wood and gives it a nice shiny finish that bring all the complexity of the Grain and coloring to life.

-Dimensions: Every piece is unique, so these dimensions are not the same for all pieces, +/- 12"L. Due to the fact that every piece is unique the actual item you will be receiving may be different in size color and grain than the one pictured, if you have any specific requests contact us and we will gladly take care of it. piece, made out of order natural material, irregularities and small imperfections give this piece its unique character and charm. It is a piece of art so please treat it as so. It is fragile and should be handled carefully.

If properly care for this piece will last for years, please:
*Do not put in the dishwasher, hand wash only with as little amount of liquid detergent as possible, do not use bleach or harsh chemical detergents, wash directly after use, DO NOT soak in water or expose to heat, do not freeze, dry using a cotton cloth right after washing. we highly recommend using a proper food safe cutting board solution please contact us if you have any questions regarding that.
