Rare piece. Primitive Pale blue enamel coffee pot made by Manning Bowman.
It's marked with a lion and a coffee pot on the bottom which is the Manning Bowman makers mark.The company was based in Connecticut and was in operation from 1849-1945.
Very old. A great piece for your enamel collection.
Approximate size is 10 1/4" Height with top on, 10 3/4" Length (spout to handle), 7 1/2" Height to top of rim, 5 1/4" Base, 4" Diameter.
Condition~ rustic and primitive. Many spots of enamel loss, mostly on the bottom order edge. There is rust on the inside lid, the inside has many mineral deposits, the top hinge is a bit loose.
