Antique Tingha, Newari Ritual Chusya, order Himalayan Tibetan Meditation, Hand Made Bronze, Note G#6

order lovely, old, rare Tibetan tingsha from Nepal. Inscribed.
Genuine antiques.

These large and heavy tingsha are more properly known as 'chusya' and are used in Newari rituals.
They are are the real thing, blacksmith made, hand hammered, antique.
They are played in the same way as modern cast versions by striking one edge against the other. Many show signs of use.
The strings could do with replacing. They have been washed of grime but show a lovely patina
Excellent condition with patina commensurate with age and use.

Both chusya are inscribed.
