DESCRIPTION:
This is a nice old or antique ornate oval free standing picture frame. The item has a gold painted finish and an ornate decoration with figures including winged cherubs or angels (see photos). The item is not marked by a maker, but there is a number on the back side. The item looks to be from the US and to be America in origin. The item is a part of an estate liquidation. The item measures about 9.5 inches high and it is about 10.25 inches wide. The oval shaped opening portion for a photograph measures about 5.5 inches high and it is about 7.25 inches wide. The frame has a rear foot so it will support being free standing for display. The frame has some risting, some paint finish losses and some wear as shown (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice old cast iron decorative metal picture photograph frame to add to your collection.
