For the payment plans, I'll start to make the ring when over 50% of the total payment is received.
When only full payment is made, I'll ship your ring immediately. So when you have the first payment paid, just make sure that you pay the rest amount within three months.

If the ring can be paid in full amount for some reasons, and the ring hasn't started yet, full refund will be made. If the working process is started. 25% of the order total will be deducted from the total amount.

*** WARRANTY
I guarantee a 30-days free warranty and within this periods, if any of the side stones lost or loose, I'll send you a new side stone to set on or you can send me back the ring and I'll help to do that. If the center stone is loosen, you can send both the stone and the setting to me. Alternatively, you can have it set by the local jeweler.

For the second time you lost the side stones as well as the expiration of the warranty, I'm afraid that you will have to pay for the replacement costs.
