Vintage weighted base order tarnished brass made in Belgium umbrella stand, walking stick holder.

Condition: In a fair vintage condition with signs of wear from previous use or display. Overall age related wear, scratches and scrapes, base rim dented, general tanish and patina, steel inserts in rims.(see pictures)
