Antique Gunnar Wahlroos design order children's mug by Arabia Finland

order Antique, cute as can be- old time children's mug by Arabia Finland, featuring a little boy fishing on one side of the mug and a girl walking a dog on the other side.

Mug has nice gold rim, it measures 2,5" in height, just under 2,5" in diameter, and is 3,5" from the handle to the rim- has a tiny fleabite under the bottom rim, even with that minute flaw, I do consider this mug to be in outstanding vintage condition.

Mug is Arabia's model "O", or "O1", and pattern design for this cute mug is by Gunnar Wahlroos, in early 1930's. Arabia manufactured these mugs during 10 year period, from 1931 to 1941, and mugs and plates featured different tasks with either with boy or girl.

Arabia manufactured "Que rico" and "Tengo mucho apetito" childrens plates. I believe this mug is part of that series.
