Vintage Armillary Sphere Bookends PAIR // Mid Century Marble and Brass Globe order Bookends, Green Stone Bookends, Hollywood Regency Art Deco

Vintage pair of mid century style bookends, featuring brass armillary spheres atop green stone bases. These look to be marble, but there are no maker's marks.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition with some light tarnish throughout on the brass. The stone bases are in good shape with some uneven coloring along the edges and seams (likely from imperfections in polishing or gluing). The back edges have some little rough spots that look to have been there since production but these could also be minor order chips and nicks from age. One of the brass globes is just loose enough to swivel on the stone base (but not wobble). The underneath screw is too stuck to tighten this up.

MEASUREMENTS: 6 3/4 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide and about 4 inches deep.
