This comes with Mario kart 8, and maybe smash bros (if it turns up). Also comes with all cords except the game pad cord has been beaten up a bit. The game pad is in perfect condition so is Mario kart. I didn't see any marks on them when I order was taking pictures. But the console it's self is pretty scratched up.
