Vintage 1968 Pair of Cross-Stitch Sampler Flower Pictures with Artist Initials and Date -Purple Irises and order Yellow Roses in Wooden Frames

This is a vintage pair of hand-made cross-stitch pictures of purple irises and yellow roses. Pictures have been initialed in green thread by the artist, PVD. One of the pictures also has the date "68." The pictures are framed under glass in wooden frames with a gold inner trim. order There is hanging hardware on the back of each.

Condition: The cross-stitch pictures are in very good condition. The frames are in good condition, with some wear here and there. I opened the back of the frames, and removed the pictures, so I could clean the glass on both sides. The glass had gotten fogged up after more than 50 years! I taped the backs up with brown tape, after I put all back together.

Dimensions: Each picture is approximately 20 1/2 inches high by 10 1/2 inches wide.
