HOW TO CLEAN YOUR RUG

We recommend vacuuming or shaking the rug out to remove dirt or debris and spot treating stains. Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Use only leather recommended cleaners or contact an expert for tough stains removal.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We accept returns of any undamaged item if the item is shipped back to us within 7 DAYS of receiving. We will refund the purchase price once we receive the undamaged item.

Note: Carpets will be returned on buyer's expense.

WHO PAYS FOR IMPORT order TAXES?

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs fee that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. If you refuse a package due to declining the payment of customs and the package is sent back to the CANADA, unused, undamaged, and unopened, We will refund the purchase price less shipping (the actual shipping price) once we receive the undamaged item.

DISCLAIMER ** Due to the use of 100% Real Cowhides, any variation in color or appearance is totally natural that makes every rug UNIQUE. These variations are not considered to be production flaws. When a new rug is delivered it may show some creases from being folded for shipping. These will disappear after the rug has been laid flat for some time. To speed up the process, fold the rug in the opposite direction.

NOTE: Size may slightly vary few inches due to hand stitching.
