Vintage Framed Tole Flower Bouquet, Signed Original Painting, Vintage Folk Art Painting order

This is a unique tole style painting in a perfect composition, vertically arranged and signed by the artist. It looks to me to say ‘Webster', but uncertain. Jill Webster was an author of many told painting brochures in the 1990s but I could not certify that this was one of hers. In any case, this painting stands alone with its skill and technique. The image size measures 27 3/4” x 9 1/2” to a framed finished size of 29 1/2” x 11 1/4” 3/4”. Ready to hang.
