An .840 silver Russian pastry server, the top of the spatula blade is hand engraved with an abstract foliate motif. The handle is shaped like an elongated, flattened hexagon. The top of the blade near the handle neck is stamped 840, which is a hallmark used to designate silver purity before the Soviet era, which began in 1922. The blade is intentionally set order a slight angle to the handle. The weight of the server is 95 grams. It is 10 1/4 inches long.
CONDITION: Very good. There are a few small nicks in the silver, including at the blade tip. A tiny, shallow dent on the handle.
